Welcome to the interface of the Spark inspection system:

There are 3 icons in the upper left corner:

• Click on the “Spark Application” icon:

1. Configure your inspection application in 5 minutes

• Click on the “App Library” menu to see the applications already created.

If the training is successful (see Chapter 3 - 2. Using a few compliant parts to train your application), you can load the application and inspect the parts with a model that already exists

2. Train your application

Reminder: you must have configured the camera for the selected application before running a training (see Chapter 2: Installation of the Spark system / 3. Configuring and optimizing the camera's settings with Spark.)

Training your application means that you will teach Spark what a healthy part looks like in your application. It is therefore necessary to exclusively present healthy parts to Spark.

Some tips to optimize your application:

• Include the variability of your healthy parts
  • if during your inspection you have a tolerance on the position of the inspected parts, try to include this tolerance in your training
  • do not present only the perfect parts of your production, but also those with acceptable defects.
