| The light is not lit by default when the Spark station is restarted |
You can configure the light as “lit by default” by carrying out the following operation: |
- Press the 2 buttons ("Colour", "Selector") until the 4 white indicator lights blink (about 3-4 seconds)
- Press the "Colour" button to turn on the light
- Press the 2 buttons ("Colour", "Selector") until the 4 white indicator lights blink (about 3-4 seconds)
To confirm the operation, you can turn off the Spark station with the green button on the box and restart the Spark station. |
| The external sensor does not generate any photo taking despite the light indications of the sensor which indicate it is operating correctly | The Spark station is compatible only with a sensor operation with a PNP base. Make sure your sensor is indeed PNP compatible
If the problem persists, please contact the support service (see Chapter 4). |
| The annular light is not suited to the desired detections, a linear light would be more adequate | You can configure it this way by carrying out the following operation on the light:
- Press the 2 buttons ("Colour", "Selector") until the 4 white indicator lights blink (about 3-4 seconds)
- Press the "sector" button as many times as necessary to select the desired configuration. The light that you have supports 3 possible configurations.
- To save the configuration, please press the 2 buttons ("Colour", "Selector") until the 4 white indicator lights blink (about 3-4 seconds) |

An error is displayed when selecting the camera (Example: “Failed to open the camera”).

This problem can arise if the camera does not have the proper default IP configuration or has been modified, it cannot be used by the system.
To define the IP address:
- • Open “IP configurator” (icon below) + click on the line of the camera.

The camera settings have to be:
IP Address : 10.6.99.99
Subnet Mask : 255.255.0.0
Gateway : 10.6.1.1
