Calibrate each view specifically and improve your detection performance

Quite often your quality specifications are not the same on each view.

You may have different materials, want to be less tolerant on the visible view of the part or accept some defect on certain views.

This new feature allows you to adjust Spark inspection to your quality requirements by adjusting a specific calibration on a view.

By clicking on “Manage calibration per view”, you will be able to select independently the views you want to focus on. The calibration metrics will then be based on the annotations you made on each view.

Review images gets more complete

We improved the review images feature during calibration. You will still be able to see the mismatches to analyse what is not working but, like in the quality center, you will also be able to review all annotated parts, even the correctly sorted ones and the ones you have a doubt on.

This will allow you to have a better overview on your calibration

Analyse the ejected parts in Spark history

Your production generates a very low amount of defective parts and you find difficult to visualize defective parts in the history? Then, we have a new feature for you !

A filter is now available in the inspection history so that you can easily find the last 200 defective parts detected by Spark.
