The Solution can be installed off-line or on a production line to adapt to production inspection requirements.
In its autonomous configuration (off-line), the Solution is assembled in 4 separate parts: A plate, two structure arms, a camera (and its frame) and a light (and its frame).
Off line configuration
In its In-Line configuration, the Solution is assembled in 3 separate parts: Two structure arms, a camera (and its frame) and a light (and its frame).

Special attention must be given in order to avoid the deposition of dirt between the lens and the camera.
The camera and the lens are pre-assembled. In the event of a lens or camera change, the transparent plastic cover must be removed, the black cover of the camera and screw one with the other. You can now remove the black protective cover from the lens. You can use the protections on the camera and/or the lens removed.

The arms are loaded beforehand with the required cables. In case of need, it is possible to thread your cables in the arms. The maximum section is 11 mm and will slightly limit the angular amplitude of each ball.
