The Quality Center allows you to make quick, effective and efficient decisions thanks to the data

1. Creating an access to the Quality Center

For your first connection to the Quality Center, it is necessary to follow the steps shown in appendix B to create your access to the Quality Center.

2. Connectivity and downloading

Spark includes a 4G modem that allows for data to be rolled up from the inspection station to the Quality Center platform.

The availability of the connection as well as the quality of the band with can affect the roll-up speed of the images and the reports on the platform.

In the event the connection is not available, an error message will be displayed on the “Dashboard” screen of the Quality Center.

3. The dashboard

The “Mode” filter

The “Mode” filter allows you to switch between the “Quality control” and “Acquisition” modes.

“Quality control” refers to Spark conducting a control of the quality of the parts (see Chapter 3 / 3. Using the system to make inspections in real time).
