Who is this application note for?

This note is intended for automation engineers and maintainers who are responsible for integrating the Spark solution into a production solution.

Objective

By the end of this application note, you should be able to retrieve the results of the inspection carried out by your Spark station and exploit them in your applications.

The implementation presented in this application note will allow you to quickly implement quality result reading.

⚠️ The implementation carried out in this application note allows for a fast implementation of the quality result reading sent by Spark.

However, this implementation is not recommended for use on a production line with a cycle time of less than 1 second where the line is not blocked waiting for the quality result. In addition, this implementation is not robust in the case of starting Spark on a production line that is already running.

The goal is to create an automated application that retrieves the inspection results at the output of the Spark station and records statistics on these inspection results.
