This note is intended for automation technician(s), maintenance personnel who have the responsibility of integrating the Spark solution within a production solution.
At the end of this application note, you should be able to generate a trigger (a triggering signal) to take the photo and the analysis of a part with the Spark system.
This is a production line formed from a rotating plate. The PLC that controls the rotation of the plate is responsible for generating a trigger when a part is in position to be inspected.
The PLC has the following internal registers:
TRUE : the part is in position to be inspectedFALSE : the part is not in position to be inspectedThus, the trigger signal for triggering the analysis of the part depends on the status of the plate as well as the correct positioning of the part for the inspection.
