Below you will find charts to assist you in determining the distance between the camera and the part to be inspected.

We have indicated these charts for four camera models: HIK MV- CA023-10GC, BASLER acA1920-40gc, BASLER acA1920-48gc and BASLER acA2500-20gc and with a 12mm or 25mm lens.

Example of reading the charts:

For a part to be inspected of size 70mm x 90mm (see the data in blue in the table)
- With a HIK MV-CA023-10GC Camera/12mm lens: minimum working distance of 100mm
- With a HIK MV-CA023-10GC Camera/25mm lens: minimum working distance of 250mm
For a HIK MV-CA023-10GC camera with a 12mm lens and a working distance of 350 mm, the maximum viewing zone is (see the data in green in the table):
- 214.19mm wide and 340.89mm high
